The Design
“Simply stylish.”
Here's the light little top we've been looking for! You can knit it to a cropped hip length, or longer with side vents; in a sport- or light-DK-weight yarn or a lace weight for dressy sheerness. Vent edges and sleeveless armholes have a tidy slipped-stitch edging. You'll wear―and knit―this "tee" again and again.
Kidsilk Haze makes a simple tee just that much dressier. Our good friend Clara Parkes calls Kidsilk Haze "an exquisite, special-occasion yarn", and we couldn't agree more. Pairing this light-as-a-breath fiber with the simple tee lines gives you both a special occasion top and the tee you'll want to wear every day. Add sleeves and you can wear nearly year round―including cool summer nights. Why wait for that special occasion?

KNITTER'S NOTES
Tee is worked in pieces and seamed with mattress stitch. Bracelet length sleeves are picked up and knitted down from the armhole. The long version has side vents at the hem.
Many of our knitters prefer sharper tipped needles when working with finer yarn like Kidsilk Haze. Time to break out your Signatures or Addi Lace needles!
